“In order to attract international specialists and managers, it is important that there is a good infrastructure for their families. Educational support for children is therefore an important part of the companies' offerings. The International School has proven to be an ideal partner for business. ”

International education for a global future
We're proud to help our member schools build a better, more inclusive, and more equitable future. Our member schools are the key to successful integration and cooperation of international professionals who are crucial to our economy, research and development.
Since our founding in 1994, we now serve 23 member schools with over 16,600 students from 80 nations and more than 40 mother tongues. Around 2,300 teachers from 40 countries offer excellent education in pedagogy and diversity and meet high quality standards through continuous development and international and national accreditations.
We represent and promote the interests of our member schools, which, as an indispensable part of the educational infrastructure, offer seamless and high-quality education for international and German children with global backgrounds or ambitions. Preparing for the IB Diploma (International Baccalaureate) enables children to have a globally recognized and continuous school career anywhere in the world.

Social Responsibility
At AGIS, we are passionately committed to value-based education and are firmly opposed to racism and injustice. Our member schools are actively committed to social justice and promote the acceptance and appreciation of cultural diversity.
In close cooperation with our member schools, we promote inclusive and culturally appealing educational institutions that meet the needs of students, their families and communities. We place great value on equal opportunities, equality, inclusion and justice. This includes measures such as:
- Building an inclusive and culturally diverse workforce
- Supporting career paths in management positions for employees from different backgrounds
- providing training to raise awareness of respectful behavior, discrimination, racism and bullying in the workplace
As a working group of international schools in Germany, we are determined to promote the construction of a better future for internationally mobile children and families.
