Professional career
After completing my business studies and gaining various professional experiences, I joined the international school community in 2006. My "school career" started in accounting, where I learned to better understand administrative challenges through intensive exchange with teachers. In finance and educational controlling at BIS, I not only supported financial planning but also helped with timetable creation for primary and secondary schools, gaining further valuable insights into the education sector. In 2010, I became Business Director and contributed to the development of the second campus. Since BIS was converted into a non-profit corporation, I have been serving on the board. Outside of BIS, I am passionately involved as Chairman of the Board of the Association of International Schools in Bavaria (ASIB) and on the board of AGIS e.V., to advance the equal recognition of international schools in the German school system.
Contribution to the mission of AGIS
I am convinced that international schools are the key to a globalized world and their students are ambassadors for peace and prosperity around the world.
