Berufliche Laufbahn
I joined Dresden International School as Director in August 2025, bringing experience leading international schools as both principal and director across Germany, Austria, and Ethiopia. As founding Director of International School Carinthia, I helped establish a thriving IB Continuum School, and at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, our team implemented the IB Middle Years and Career-related Programmes while building a strong culture of inclusion. As a qualified IB and CIS evaluator, I am deeply committed to supporting schools to innovate and improve their programs.

I look forward to working closely with the Board to support AGIS Working Group leaders to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. My background as an evaluator will help support AGIS's advocacy with educational authorities, and I look forward to mentoring incoming directors and supporting new partner schools.
