Berufliche Laufbahn
I am currently the Director of Education at the International School Augsburg, a role I have held since 2022. My career began with teaching English and coaching soccer in the USA, followed by an international teaching exchange in China. I joined an international school in Shanghai, China where I moved into leadership roles focused on school growth, staff development, and curricular innovation. I completed my doctoral thesis exploring the challenges and values that international school students experience when aiming to repatriate to their home countries after an international experience. The opportunity to extend my own learning has helped me guide learning within our school through a collaborative and community-building model.
