Berufliche Laufbahn
As an American citizen, I am the Director of the International School of Düsseldorf and have been closely associated with the school for many years. During this time, I have held various teaching and leadership positions, including Director of Sports and Activities, Club Manager, and Head of the Sports and Health Department. In these roles, I have significantly shaped the development of school and competitive sports. I have also worked internationally, including as European Technical Director of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and in teacher training at renowned universities.
During my time in the USA, as Director of Coach Education at the U.S. Soccer Federation, I led a nationwide reform to advance player and coach development. I would now like to bring my experience in building strong networks, my passion for intercultural education, and my commitment to international school collaboration to the AGIS Board. I look forward to actively strengthening AGIS as a platform for exchange, innovation, and promotion of international education in Germany.
Beitrag zur Mission von AGIS
For many years, I have actively shaped international education and school leadership and am convinced that collaboration, diversity, and innovation are central success factors for international schools. As Director of the International School of Düsseldorf, I implement these values daily and would like to actively contribute my experience in building strong networks and my passion for intercultural education to the work of the AGIS Board. ISD stands for academic excellence in an international environment with over 60 nationalities. On the AGIS Board, I would like to strengthen exchange and collaboration between schools and help further develop AGIS as a platform for knowledge transfer, innovation, and advocacy for international education in Germany.
